They were on hand to stress to the pupils the importance of Health & Safety procedures. The team encouraged the children to think of the dangers on construction sites and why they should never play on or near them.

A competition was organised as a fun way of ensuring the pupils are aware of the dangers of playing on building sites. The pupils were set the task of designing posters warning others about the dangers of building sites and encouraging them to "keep off".

The winning posters are now displayed around New Bridge Street site hoarding as real warnings signs.
